Telenor Online is the Content channel for New Business Areas in the Consumer Division, Telenor Norway. New Business Areas' responsibility is to identify, develop and administer new revenue areas and ventures - whether existing services in new markets or new services in existing markets.
* In March 2010 we launched our IPTV service to fiber customers. In 2011 the service will be enabled on DSL as well. Telenor’s broadband customers will get the biggest and most flexible TV offering in the market. The customers can choose between a number of TV packages from Canal Digital or Viasat, or from both.
* Telenor Norway have also launched Wimp– Norway’s answer to Spotify – together with mobile content provider Aspiro and Platekompaniet, Norway’s largest chain of music stores.
* Online TV is the largest online movie rental store in Norway. We aim to offer all the best new movie titles to our customers, on all platforms.
Online is also one of Norways largest portals on web, mobile and IPTV - and is leading the way in communicating and selling Content & Services.
